How much does it cost, really?
A flat ₹199 per consultation. No registration fee, no platform fee, no charge for the written summary. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Can a dentist actually help over a video call?
For a large share of dental problems, yes. Much of dentistry is history plus a look: when the pain started, what sets it off, whether it wakes you at night, whether there is swelling. With your phone camera and a torch, the dentist can see a surprising amount.
What a teleconsultation gives you is a clear answer to three questions — what is likely wrong, how urgent it is, and what to do next. Where an examination or X-ray is genuinely needed, you will be told precisely that, so you walk into a clinic knowing what to ask for.
What do I need for the call?
A phone or laptop with a camera, a reasonable internet connection, and a torch (your phone's flashlight works if you're on a laptop). Sit somewhere quiet and well lit. If you have earlier X-rays, reports or a treatment quote, keep them handy — you can hold them up to the camera.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel from your account up to 2 hours before the slot and the ₹199 is refunded in full, automatically. Inside 2 hours the slot is already committed and the fee is not refundable. If the consultation doesn't happen because of us, you are refunded in full without having to ask. Full details in the refund policy.
Is my data safe?
Payments run entirely through Razorpay — we never see your card or UPI details. Your health information is used only to provide your consultation and is kept in line with our privacy notice, which follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can export or erase your data from your account at any time.
Do you consult for emergencies?
No. Spreading facial swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or a knocked-out tooth need immediate in-person care. Go to your nearest hospital or dental emergency service — do not wait for an online slot.
